Competiting Classes Only if you are going to do Babies again or Tap/Ballet or Tumble/Ballet you do not need to audition!
May 30 & 31 Wednesday/ Thursday both days required same time!

On stage Dance Competition
On stage is at the salt palace this weekend 30-31 hair is in the competition hair style (see previous post) please slick use lots of hair spray! makeup needs to be shimmer eyeshadow, eyeliner, mascara, false eyelashes, and blush I will have lipstick! (if you are an elite you do not need false eyelashes!)
Please arrive at least 1.5 hours before your performance time the competition runs early usually and we need time to make sure you are appropriately ready and have time to prepare for performance! Please be feed and have used the restroom and be completely ready by the 1.5 hours before performance time!
Master Classes
Company A .... advanced master class needs to meet Friday March 30 @ 11:30am in salt palace lobby regular dance clothes must be worn!
Company B, Company Prep, Mini Company...... master class needs to meet Saturday March 31 @ 7:30 am in the Salt Palace Lobby regular dance clothes worn

Competition Hair and Info
Denver Is here finally!!!!
The following are pictures of what our competition hair should look like.. NO MESSY BUNS! braide over from left to right and and right side ballet/flower/roller bun whatever you like to call it! Make-up should be shimmer eyeshadow, blush and I will have the lipstick however if you would like to purchase some of your own its called "Revolon Color Stay... STAY CURRENT is the color! You will also have your eye lashes and jewelary that must be worn for each performance! Please do not leave after workshop classes on saturday to go back to your hotel room etc to get ready please just have your stuff there and get ready in the dressing room! The performances come really quickly and move fast! We would like you all there so we can be ready and rehearse and not be looking for dancers, this will also help us to have our very best performance! You will need 2 dance outfits for workshop classes please bring your best most appropriate dance attire for sunday as you will participate in auditions... also make sure saturdays outfit is appropriate! YOU WILL NEED ALL OF YOUR DANCE SHOES!!! tap, hip-hop, ballet, jazz! DO NOT FORGET YOUR SWEATS THEY NEED TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES FOR COVER UPS AND ALSO TO AWARDS CEREMONY!

Region Drill Performance!
The Performance went great of both hittin the hay and viva la vida! Thanks for wearing your sweats! I got lots of comments about how great we looked even at church the next day! Please if you are an elite aka chicken or pig and borrowed a sweat jacket please return it asap! your new sweats will be here shortly and you will not recieve them if you do not return the jacket! Thanks for being so great... its so nice to have prepared parents and dancers! Thanks for all you do!

Region Drill Performance Info!
Hittin the Hay and Viva La Vida will be performing for Region Drill @ Union High School On Friday the 27 of January. You need to arrive at 5:15pm no Later! You NEED to be wearing your sweats over your costumes upon arrival! Please do not disregard this.. it looks unprofessional to not arrive that way! The Elites Sweats have not yet arrived and if they have not by the performance date we will have loaners that we will send home with the students! Make sure you have all the parts to your costumes... tights, ballet shoes, head pieces, and/or gloves for Hittin the Hay. Hair for Hittin the Hay should be in low slicked curly pig tails full makeup except lip stick which I will have. Viva La Vida's Costumes should be here before that point if not arrive in your sweats and we will have them there. Viva La Vida need to have the braid over side ballet/flower bun on the left side (no tights no shoes!) Thanks Can't Wait for The Performance!

BUSES To Denver and Santa Clara
The buses to Denver will cost 100.00 per seat
The buses to Santa Clara will cost 120.00 per seat
Please let us know asap if you will be riding the buses. For Denver we will need your money no later than Feburary the 1st. If your money is not there you will not have a seat NO EXCEPTIONS! If parents do not want to go and want to send the child that is fine just let us know asap so we can get the correct number of hotel rooms. If you will be attending the event with your child your hotel room is your own responsibility. If you will be riding the bus the hotel choices are the Crowne Plaza (the hotel of the event) or the Marriott that is close by. We will be making a small amount of stops with the bus so pack a lot of food for snacks. Also you will be at the mercy of whoever has to be to the event the earliest (unless you are staying at the event) So minis may be there an hour early etc. Company B will be competing all their numbers. Company A will be competing Lyrical Show Only! Company One/Mini Company will be competing hip-hop, jazz, and lyrical. Company Prep will be competiting Tap only. All will participate in the Workshop! NYCDA UTAH
NYCDA Utah is optional for all dancers ages 5-18. It is October 21-22 at the salt palace if you would like to go please let Susie or Nichole Know ASAP the cost is 105.00 if you are on Company A and B or Company Prep or Company 1 because you have already been charged Denver at Full Price so this City will be Half off. If you are a Mini or Tiny Elite and are age 8 or older the Cost is 210.00. If you are a dancer age 5-7 you can attend ready set dance for 85.00 which is one day on Friday the 21. Any Questions please feel free to ask.

Pizza Fundraiser CORRECTION NEW DATE
The Pizzas will arrive at the Studio SEPTEMBER 28 at 5:00p.m. Please Come pick them up at this time and explain to your customers the date they will be arriving. The studio does not want to deal with 5000 calls about when customers pizza will be in so please make yours aware.
