Spotlight 1 Schedule

Dancers and Parents- Please arrive at Cyprus High School 1.5 Hours before your first performance time! The Competition MOST GENERALLY RUNS AHEAD so please plan for that. When you arrive you NEED TO BE COMPLETELY READY.  Ready means, makeup and hair completed bathroom and eating needs taken care of.  This Competition is pretty much back to back numbers for me so I will be running the entire time. It will be imperative that everyone is ready when I need them.  It is extremely important to have enough warm up and prep time.  This is a bit stressful and if we are there ready and on time that makes it much less stressful for everyone.  Hair will be in a low slicked bun (small I prefer no bun maker) with a long part on the left.  There isn't a lot of time for changing hair so you will most likely need to wear this hair style for your solos and duos as well.  Makeup is lighter brown toned eyshadow, dark red blush, you will have to wear eyelashes (which you will receive) and the lipstick I will have but you can get your own if you would like its Revelon Color Stay "Stay Current".  The Lipsense look a like is available if you prefer through Chellie Lamb, Sarah Arrive, or Madi Rodriguez if you would prefer please contact them.  You need to wear your sweats to and from the competition and most importantly on the stage for awards. It is mandatory to at least have your jacket for awards.  The individual awards for group numbers will be given out the next week in class. please check to make sure you have your pink pidinis for Speaking French.  Also check all costumes if you don't have them yet you will be getting them today.  Speaking French is the Costume we wore last summer.   Any questions please let me know! NYCDA Schedule

The schedule is posted on www.nycdance.com go to Salt Lake City and click on the schedules tab to get the schedule. We are studio code B.  Your dancer should know the names of their dances.  Workshops begin Friday at 2:00pm please meet us in the Lobby area to get your wrist band and numbers no later than 1:45pm.  For competition you need to be there 1.5 hours COMPLETELY READY before your first number.  The numbers go fast and most often they are running early so be prepared for quick changes and an early performance time.  Hair is in a French Twist with a long part on the left.  Make-up is usual lipstick and eyelashes.  NO NAILS OR NAIL POLISH!!! Pray for the costumes. Workshop classes begin again Saturday at 2:30pm. You can purchase observer passes if you prefer to watch the workshop classes I think they are around $50.00 if not the teachers are in and out of the rooms and you can also sit in the hallways right outside their doors.  If you have any questions please text me thank you!
